The Coaching Cube
The Coaching Cube is a small but perfectly formed group of business coaches and mentors who have exclusive rights to use People Gauge or Student Gauge as one of the solutions that they can offer to their clients.
Everyone within The Coaching Cube brings their own personal style and experience but they are all incredibly experienced at what they do
Some use People Gauge or Student Gauge:
- to simply establish a base line, so that they can measure the impact of all subsequent training
- to help evidence the need for training interventions or targetted coaching
- to help HR departments provide evidence that what they are doing is contributing to the organisation
- to help Head Teachers understand the engagement levels of learners and staff within their schools
- as a sense check prior to IIP or Ofsted inspections
- as the basis for developing on-going engagement solution for an organisation
How you wish to use People Gauge or Student Gauge with your clients is up to you - we can advise but they are your clients and you know them best.
Sometimes we are asked to find deliverers to help with training, management, development, coaching etc. When we are asked, we do that from accredited members within The Coaching Cube.
